Amazon Kuiper has pledged to:
1. Deploy their satellites at altitudes that support reliable deorbiting at the end of mission life, using active propulsion to enable deorbit in less than one year;
2. Exchange information relevant to collision avoidance, working with other operators to coordinate operational protocols to help determine how each should respond to and mitigate conjunction risk; and
3. Support the Net Zero Space goal of safe space operations and the long-term sustainability of space, the foundation for a robust and innovative space industry. Satellites provide important services such as broadband internet access to unserved and underserved communities, with significant economic and societal benefits.
